The work · three projects

Dự án.

Every project I've joined started with the same question — what does this community need, and what can I do about it right now? Here are three answers.

Project BeeHive

A bee's journey — vision 2026+

A gamified learning platform built on one idea: students learn best the way a hive works — together. Small teams take on seasonal challenges, earn experience, and grow through ranks, turning project-based learning into something students actually want to come back to.

Role · Founder & builder For · Middle-school students Status · In active development

Mini-hives of students collaborate on real challenges instead of working alone — community is the whole point.

Progress, ranks, and seasonal goals keep motivation high — the same momentum that pulled me out of my own low point.

Built from the same question as everything else: what does this community need, and what can I do right now?
